Available Puppies

Our current and upcoming litters, whippets and Italian greyhounds. A puppy marked "available" truly is, as of today.

Illustrated thumbnails, real information. Our litters are photographed at three weeks, once their eyes are open. Until then, each card carries a drawn silhouette in the kennel's colours instead of a photo.

Breed, sex, date of birth, price, vaccines: everything else is accurate and updated the moment a puppy's status changes.

Reservation

How to reserve a puppy.

It isn't first-come, first-served. After an exchange — email, phone or a visit — your family is entered on the litter that suits you.

Matching happens around six or seven weeks. I've observed every puppy since birth: the one who follows everywhere, the one who settles alone in a corner, the one nothing seems to bother. That's what determines which puppy goes to which family — not the colour picked from a photo.

$500 deposit to confirm, applied to the total price. Refundable if the litter doesn't produce a puppy that suits you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What we're asked the most.

No, quite the opposite — the whippet and the Italian greyhound rank among the quietest breeds there are. They rarely bark without a clear reason, which makes them excellent apartment dogs for the sake of your neighbours.

Less than people expect. They're sprinters, not endurance athletes: one or two good off-leash runs a day are plenty, followed by long hours motionless on a couch or bed. They're sometimes nicknamed "45 km/h, then 20 hours of nap" — that's not much of an exaggeration.

Not without help. Their coat is very fine and they carry almost no body fat: below freezing, a coat is necessary, not optional, and outings need to stay short. We send every puppy leaving in cold season home with a first coat — but plan to buy more as they grow.

It really depends on the individual. Both breeds are sighthounds by instinct: a cat already in the home when the puppy arrives often integrates very well, but a small animal that runs (rabbit, ferret) remains high-risk, even after years of apparently peaceful cohabitation. We discuss this honestly before any reservation.

After an exchange by email or phone, ideally followed by a visit, a $500 deposit confirms your place on the litter. Puppy–family matching happens around six or seven weeks, based on observed temperament — not on a first-come basis.

Yes: two years against serious hereditary conditions, provided in writing when the contract is signed, along with both parents' screening results. Replacement or refund, your choice.
